GTX 760 vs GTX 770 GPU comparison review: Which GK104 Kepler graphics card is best?

The GTX 760 is considerably cheaper than the GTX 770, but the latter graphics card obviously compensates with greater power. Is it better to spend less, or to get the higher frame rates of the 770?
